In our March post of Male Triangle (Part 1), we shared the notes on how to move right or left along the two arms of the male triangle. In this Part 2, we are sharing the notes on how to complete the male triangle:
3. COMPLETE THE TRIANGLE (clockwise)
3-1: Start at the bottom of the left arm
3-2: Move right, right foot to the tip of the triangle
3-3: Quick foot exchange at the tip of the triangle
3-4: Move right, right foot to the bottom of the right arm
3-5: Draw left foot towards the bottom of the right arm, and then move to the bottom of the left arm.
3-6: After 3-5, the feet would end at the bottom of both arms.
3-7: Draw right foot towards the bottom of the left arm, and then move to the tip of the triangle.
3-8: After 3-7, you can either continue another circle or move up and down the arms (as noted in Part 1).
TIPS:
1. The direction of the feet also represents the direction of the body. Note that they should be parallel to the sticks.
2. Move right, right in right out; move left, left in left out.
3. For counterclockwise circle, reverse the order.
