Eskrimadors is the first documentary film on FMA made by a Filipino. Released in 2009, Kerwin Go features the real-life legendary grandmasters and interviews from Doce Pares, Balintawak Eskrima, and other major schools from the Cebu area. Eskrimadors traces the development of the fighting art from its roots in tribal warfare, to its evolution into a sport practiced worldwide among international martial artists. It was filmed entirely in the island of Cebu, the birthplace of this fighting art.
