A unique opportunity is coming our way this summer. Some of the Canadian Tuhons will be putting on a seminar with Grand Tuhon to offer the first Pekiti Tirsia Kali Canadian Conference. The conference will take place in Edmonton, Alberta and includes three days of intensive training, a talk on the dynamics of violence and a sparring session.

Grand Tuhon, Grand Master of Pekiti Tirsia Kali and one of the greatest living grandmasters of the Filipino martial arts. Widely known for his mastery of bladed weapons, Grand Tuhon serves as a Senior Advisor to the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police, training them in Close-Quarters-Combat utilizing the effective and sophisticated techniques of the Pekiti-Tirsia System of Kali.
Tuhon Philip, Canadian director of Pekiti Tirsia Kali, Philip Gelinas began his training in the Filipino Martial Arts in 1981. He has been elevated to the rank of Mandala-Tuhon by Grand Tuhon Leo Gaje, is a Full Instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto, and holds the rank of first tier fighter and guro in Dog Brothers Martial Arts.
Tuhon Loki, founder and chief instructor of maelstrøm Martial Arts. He is the second-highest ranked Pekiti-Tirsia Kali instructor in Canada (after Mandala Tuhon Gelinas), and one of the top ten in North America. Loki received ranking of Mandala Tuhon from Grand Tuhon Leo T. Gaje through Tuhon Philip Gelinas of Pekiti-Tirsia Canada in October 2011.
Tuhon Tyler Morin of Toronto , an Engineer and Chief Training Instructor for the Toronto Pekiti-Tirsia kali system who has more then 12 years experience in Pekiti-Tirsia kali System.
