We ramp down the intensity sufficiently to allow people with limited experience to confidently give equipment-based training a try.  Usual monthly and\/or drop-in fees apply.<\/p>\n<p>If the day is dry and sunny, expect the training to go over to the<br \/>\nnearby Dude Chilling Park(northeast of club) &#8211; be on time for the 10h30 start to make sure you pick up the gear you will need for training.
